Are there any additional costs over your quoted costs?
No. Only shipping. Every sample shown on our web site costs the same. Composites, coloring, new backgrounds, etc., all one cost.

How long does the process take?
Start to finish about 2 weeks or less. We can usually have a proof for you in about 2 or 3 days. Once approved, your painting will be shipped DHL ground.

Can you take people from different photos and combine them into one portrait ?
Yes we do this all time. It helps if you have several photos to choose from so we can find the right combination.

Is there an additional charge for combining photos?
Up to 3 photos there is no additional cost. For more than 3 please ask us for a quote.

My photo is 50 years old and can't be replaced, will it be damaged?
No, we take great care in handling your photo. It will be returned to you as it was received.

Can you add color to an old black and white photo?
Yes we can.

Can I email you my photo?
Yes we actually prefer it. Try to send us the largest file size you have. Send Jpg formatted files.

Do your paintings look like actual oil paintings?
Yes they do. They have all the texture and brush stokes of traditional oil paintings. Even though we are using computers to make our paintings, an artist actually paints your picture one stoke at a time with a stylist instead of a brush. Just like if he or she was using oil paint on canvas

Do you us real paint in your paintings?
No. Your painting is printed on canvas with museum quality UV pigment inks.

I have an idea in mind for a painting I'd like to create. Can you help me?
Yes we can. We specialize in creating custom paintings from your photos. Drop us an email with your idea.

Can I purchase a painting without a frame?
Yes, but since the framing is built into our price the cost is same.

Can I change my mind and cancel?
Yes, of course. You can cancel before we begin work for a full refund.

What if I'm not happy with the painting?
We will make every effort to create a painting you are happy with. We sincerely want you to be delighted. However, if we fail to satisfy you we'll refund 50% of your purchase excluding shipping costs.

I have an idea in mind for a painting but haven't taken the photo yet, can you advise me?
Absolutley.We can make suggestions on lighting, posing and digital files. Just ask us. We will be happy to work with you.

I need my painting by a special date, can you do it?
Probably. Just tell us at the time of your order and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline. However, since our paintings are individually created, we do need at least a week to complete your order.

Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes you can. See our gift certificate page.

Can I sell your paintings to my friends?
Yes. If you have a web site we recommend you join our affiliate program. Send us an email if you would like more information.

Is there a discount if I order more than one of the same painting?
